Our congregation includes people of all age ranges and many different backgrounds. We believe you will find it a friendly and welcoming congregation.
A typical Sunday service will last about one hour. The first half of this will include a welcome, praise, prayer, bible reading and a children’s talk. The second half is mostly preaching. This involves explaining a portion of the Bible and how it applies to us in our own situation today.
The children go out to Sunday school after the children’s talk, which takes place about 10 minutes into the service. Parents with babies and toddlers can use the crèche or stay in the service as they choose.
After the morning service there is tea and coffee in the church hall which gives an opportunity to get to know others in the congregation or to ask the minister any questions you may have or discuss any issues that trouble you.
There is no Sunday school or children’s talk during the evening service but children are most welcome.
The church buildings are easily accessible by those with disabilities and there is space for invalid chairs within the church.
There is also a loop system for the hard of hearing.
