Following the latest update of regulations by the Scottish governemnt (4th January 2021), there will continue to be no in-person services. There will be online-only services at 11 am and 6 pm on Sundays and we continue to meet on Zoom for our midweek prayer meetings on a Wednesday.
The elders will continue to prayerfully consider the situation in conjuction with the updates from the Scottish Government.

Christmas Trees and Calendars
Thank you to all who have purchased a Christmas Tree or a calendar this year. The trees raised £2000 and the the calendars sold out raising £1500. All proceeds going toward the new church fund in Tain and Fearn.
New Church Fun Collection
We are resuming the NEW CHURCH FUND collection on the first Sunday of every month. This can be done at in-person services (When permissible) or online.
Minister’s Message will resume on Fridat 14th January premiering at 12 noon, on YouTube .
On Wednesday evenings you are welcome to join the congregation online using the Zoom App. (See the Home page for information and login details.) We meet via Zoom at 7.30pm and one of the Ministers will lead the meeting and the other one will preach. Each week five or six men from the congregation will be asked to lead in prayer.
Cheques: All cheques must now be made payable to – Tain and Fearn Free Church of Scotland.
Please do not put “Building Fund” on the cheque as the bank has changed its rules and will now return it. If you wish a cheque to go towards the Building Fund – please make that clear on the envelope.
Sermon Recordings: If anybody wishes a copy of any sermon as an MP3 recording sent via e-mail – please e-mail your request to Tom Walker on firstname.lastname@example.org stating which sermon you would like.
Church Finances: The Deacons Court would like to encourage those who contribute to the church to consider doing so by Standing Order. Anyone who sets up a new Standing Order should also let the Assistant Treasurer, Donella Ferrier know that they have done so. Free-Will Envelopes: There are envelopes available for those who would like to use this method to donate to the church. Please speak to the Treasurer, Anne Wilkie, or the Assistant Treasurer, Donella Ferrier.

Meanwhile, the Deacons Court would also urge anyone who pays tax to consider signing a Gift Aid form. This allows the church to get an additional 25% from the government, on any donations you make.
