Youth Fellowship: The YF meets tonight at 7:30pm in Hilton manse.
Property Upkeep Fund: There will be a collection at the close of both services today for the Property Upkeep Fund

Free Lunch: The Free Lunch takes place in Hilton between 12 noon and 2pm. Come along with some friends.
Women for Mission: The WFM will meet on Tuesday, November 5th at 2:30pm in Tain Church hall. The speaker will be Muriel MacLeod, and her topic is “Can God….?” There will be tea, coffee, and a sales table.
Road to Recovery: Road to Recovery meets in Tain church hall at 7.00pm
Prayer Meeting and Bible Study: Meeting for prayer and Bible study in the hall at 7:30pm
The Kirk-Session will meet in the manse in Hilton at 7:30pm.
Prayer and Fellowship Time: The prayer group meet at David and Anne’s home at 11am.
Health Centre Clean-Up: The old Health Centre yesterday clean-up has been moved to this Saturday 16th November.
Communion preparatory service: Communion preparatory service in Hilton at 7pm.

Seaboard Remembrance Service: There is a Remembrance Service & wreath laying ceremony in the Seaboard Hall this Friday 8th November at 10.45am. The service will be by Rev Andrew MacLeod.
Communion Weekend: This coming weekend is the communion. The guest preacher is Rev Jeremy Ross of Dumfermline Free Church. There will be a preparatory service on Saturday night at 7pm. This will be followed by fellowship in the church hall. The Lord’s Supper will be celebrated at the morning service. Those who intend to take communion should sit towards the front of the church – in front of the pew that will be marked by a white cloth. After the evening service there will be fellowship in the hall at which Mr Ross will share some of his life story. If anyone connected with the congregation wished to profess faith in Jesus and take communion for the first time, they should speak to a minister or elder this week.
2020 Calendars: The Fundraising calendars for 2020 are available in the hall priced at £5. There are also Notelets available for sale.
Blythswood Appeal: Leaflets are available at the door for this year’s Blythswood Shoebox Appeal. Completed boxes can be brought to the church or handed in to a Blythswood shop before the end of October.
Congregational Directory: : If you have not yet checked your proposed entry in the new congregational bulletin, please try and do that today. The draft copy will be through in the hall.
Youth Cafe AGM: The AGM will take place on Monday 4th November at 7.30 pm. It will include the official opening of the Elizabeth Hood Training suite and a presentation by those who went to London for the YMCA 175th Anniversary event.
Cheques: All cheques must now be made payable to – Tain and Fearn Free Church of Scotland. Please do not put “Building Fund” on the cheque as the bank has changed its rules and will now return it. If you wish a cheque to go towards the Building Fund – please make that clear on the envelope.
Sermon Recordings: If anybody wishes a copy of any sermon as an MP3 sent via e-mail – please e-mail your request to Tom Walker on firstname.lastname@example.org stating which sermon you would like. CDs can be ordered using the forms in the vestibule.
Alternatively you can listen to the morning sermons on YouTube These are usually added on Sunday afternoons. Some evening sermons are now being added.
Church Finances: The Deacons Court would like to encourage those who contribute to the church to consider doing so by Standing Order. Anyone who sets up a new Standing Order should also let the Assistant Treasurer, Donella Ferrier know that they have done so. Donella can be contacted by email on email@example.com or by phone on 01862 810 457.
Free-Will Envelopes: There are sets of envelopes available for those who would like to use this method to donate to the church. If anyone else wishes a set, please speak to one of the ministers.
Meanwhile, the Deacons Court would also urge anyone who pays tax to consider signing a Gift Aid form. This allows the church to get an additional 25% from the government, on any donations you make.
