after the morning service today.
Pre-school, Crèche and Sunday School- The children will go through to Sunday School and Creche after the second singing.
10.00 am – Rev Andrew MacLeod
6.00pm: Join with Tain. This is the communion weekend in Tain. The Lord’s Supper is being celebrated at the morning service there. We will join them for the evening service, which will be followed by fellowship in the church hall. Rev Alasdair MacAulay will lead our service.
Free Lunch: The Free Lunch will take place tomorrow between 12 noon and 2pm in Hilton. Come along with a friend.
Craft Group: The Craft Group meets in the Tain hall from 2pm – 4:30pm.
Road to Recovery: Road to Recovery which meets every Tuesday in the hall in Tain is changing to the slightly earlier time of 7pm.
Meeting for Prayer and Bible study: Meeting for Prayer and Bible Study is at 7:30pm in the hall
Prayer and Fellowship Time: Prayer Group meets at 11 am at David and Anne’s house.

Communion Roll: We are grateful to the Lord for all who have joined us from the APC, a small number of whom worship at the Tain end of the congregation. The following fifteen names have been added to the communion roll; David Bett, Ewart Clark, Andrew Durrand, Margaret Heptinstall, Isobel Joy, Uisdean Macleod, Flora Mackenzie, Mary MacKenzie, William MacKenzie, Kate MacKenzie, Roderick Robertson, Elizabeth Robertson, Donald Robertson, James Sangster and Gwen Sangster. We pray that the Lord will bless this union.
Camps Brochures: Copies of the 2019 Free Church Camp’s Brochures are available in the hall. The Deacons Court makes a contribution of £100 per child to help with the cost.
New Church Fund: The total raised so far in December has been £3,300. We will report in January on the total in the fund at the end of year. Meanwhile, our own office-bearers will meet in the New Year, to discuss how best to proceed if Trustees Loan Fund remains closed.
New Church Fundraising: The fundraising committee will meet Thursday 31st January at 6:30pm to arrange events for 2019. In the meantime, they would like to hear any suggestions that you have – and they are also looking for new people to join the committee. If you have ideas or are willing to help, please speak to Fiona Robertson in Tain who now chairs the committee or speak to one of the ministers.

Online Sermons: Sermons are now being added online weekly. The morning sermons tend to go up the same day they were preached. Evening sermons are beginning to be added now also. New Church – Fundraising Notices
Gift Aid Forms: If you donate money to the church and you are a tax-payer – the congregation can gain additional income at no cost to you. Therefore we would urge you to fill in this Gift Aid Form unless you have already done so. Last year we received almost £20,000 back from the government in Gift Aid.
Easy Fundraising: We now have an easyfundraising account. If you shop online, the church can gain a donation for every purchase you make from numerous retailers, at no cost to you. You can sign up at the following site easyfundraising.org.uk then follow the simple instructions to join. This service is free every time for both yourself and the church.
Church Finances: The Deacons Court would like to encourage those who contribute to the church to consider doing so by Standing Order.
