A warm invitation is extended to all ladies in the congregation. The meeting will be followed by tea and coffee, and there will also be a sales table.
Creche Rota: We need more people to help on the creche rota. It is planned to make some changes, such as providing simple teaching materials that can be done with the infants. It is also intended that creche duty will only start once the children go through to Sunday School. There will be no need for those on duty to be in the hall from the start of the service, as we would like all the children to be in church then. Once we have additional personnel, we will draw up a new rota & provide more information for those who are on it. Please speak to Fiona Garvie, Lorna MacIver or the minister if you are willing to help.
Your Voice in the Church: During October, the Free Church is conducting a denomination-wide survey about our communications. The survey is for everyone who attends or has a connection to, a Free Church congregation. The survey can be completed online via the Free Church website or Facebook page, or hard copies will be made available for people to complete and return. Please take this opportunity to help improve our communications by providing your feedback through the survey. As a church, we want to hear your voice.
Church Calendars: The fundraising calendars for 2019 are now available in the hall. The price remains at £5 which includes an envelope if you wish to post it. Please ensure that your money goes in the right box!
Online Sermons: Sermons are now being added online weekly. The morning sermons tend to go up the same day they were preached. Evening sermons are beginning to be added now also. You can get them by clicking the ‘Sermons’ tab on our website, which will take you to our YouTube page – https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9E4Fzhc1_UjRBlpR-R6Svw
