Children’s Church: Children for Creche & Sunday School go to the hall after the second singing.

Crèche duty today:  Ina MacLean and Lorna MacIver.

Crèche next Sunday: Fiona Garvie and Marlene Lobban.

Innis Mhor: There is a service in Innis Mhor Care Home at 3pm today.

Evening Prayer Group: Meets at 5.35 pm in the Hall.

June Door Duty: Bill Ferrier and Marcus MacIver.



Craft Group : Craft Group meets in the Hall from 2 to 4.30 pm. All welcome.

Road to Recovery: Road to Recovery will meet at 7.30pm in the hall.

Deacons Court:  The Deacons Court will meet in the manse at 7pm.


Tain Lunch Club: Lunch Club meets from 12pm-2pm. Team 4 is on duty.

Annual General Meeting: The Annual General Meeting of Tain and Fearn Free Church will take place in the church in Hilton at 7:30pm.


Casan Beaga: (Parent and Toddlers) meets in the Hall at 10 am. (Snacks duty – June Grant and Alice Fraser.)


Prayer Group: Prayer Group meets at 11am at David and Anne’s house.

Highland Hospice: Our annual collection for the Highland Hospice will take place at the close of both services next Sunday.

Sunday School Prizegiving: The children will receive their books and certificates during the morning service next Sunday.

Summer Sunday School: We are looking for volunteers to cover each Sunday during the holidays.   There would be two people on duty each week. There is a rota in the hall that you can sign, if you are willing to help

Holiday Club:The Holiday Club will run on the first week in July from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. If you use Facebook, please help us raise the profile of it, by sharing the Holiday Club post that is on the our Facebook page. Application forms for any children attending can be downloaded and printed  from the link on the Youth page here . They are also available from each school office or from Mairi MacAulay.

Hilton Communion: This weekend is Hilton Communion.   The guest preacher, Rev. Iain Thomson of East Kilbride will share his testimony in the Hilton hall after the evening service.

Thanks for Sympathy: James Gordon and his father Donald would like to express their thanks for your prayers, cards and phone calls on the passing of James’ s mother, Isobel. Your support has been greatly appreciated.

Generation Mission: There are a small number of leaflets at the door introducing “Generation” which is the new name for the Mission Board of the Free Church.   If you don’t get a leaflet or you wish more information, speak to one of the ministers. You can also get information on the Free Church website.

New Church – Fundraising Notices

Tain Gala Fundraiser: We will have a stall at Tain Gala on Saturday 30th June. If you are able to donate baking, the church hall in Tain will be open from 6:30 to 7:30 on Friday 29th. Thanks to all who have already offered to help.

2019 Calendar: The photos for the 2019 Fundraising Calendar have been chosen and the calendars will be printed shortly to catch the summer tourist season.  Thanks to all those who contributed photographs and please continue to do so, as planning begins for a 2020 calendar.

Easy Fundraising:  We now have an easyfundraising account.   If you shop online, the church can gain a donation for every purchase you make from numerous retailers, at no cost to you.   You can sign up at the following site easyfundraising.org.uk    then follow the simple instructions to join. This service is free every time for both yourself and the church.

Gift Aid Forms:  If you donate money to the church and you are a tax-payer – the congregation can gain additional income at no cost to you.  Therefore we would urge you to fill in this Gift Aid Form unless you have already done so.  Last year we received almost £20,000 back from the government in Gift Aid.


Church Finances:  The Deacons Court would like to encourage those who contribute to the church to consider doing so by Standing Order.
