We are very pleased to welcome you to our service today.

We hope you feel welcome and trust that you will benefit from worshipping God with us.  

During the service we stand to sing and remain seated for prayer.

after the morning service today.


Services today:       

10.00 am – Rev. Alasdair MacAulay

Pre-school, Crèche and Sunday School- The children will go through to Sunday School and Creche after the second singing.

6.00pm – Rev. Alasdair MacAulay



Free Lunch: The Free Lunch will take place in Hilton between 12 noon and 2 pm. Come along with a friend.


Craft Group: The Craft Group meets in the church hall in Tain from 2pm to 4:30pm.


Prayer Meeting and Bible Study: Prayer Meeting and Bible study at 7:30pm in Hilton.


Prayer and Fellowship Time: Prayer Group meets at 11 am at David and Anne’s house.

Parking: To help with the parking situation on a Sunday morning, we have permission for you to park over at the entrance to William Paterson’s yard.  Meanwhile, if you are first to park on the grass bank across the road, try and park as far in as possible, to allow for more cars to utilise that space.

Faith Mission: The Faith Mission meetings will continue each night at 7:30pm until next Sunday evening. The tent is set up on the Highland Games Field near Lidl.  Please invite friends along. There will also be a Coffee Morning on Friday at 10:30am.   If anyone can provide a meal for the 4-5 people in the team, you can sign up using the following online link – https://takethemameal.com/JZIP7168 or speak to Emma MacKenzie on 832 245.  The meal can be served in your home or in the church hall.

Holiday Club: If you would like to help with the Holiday Club during the first week of the School holidays, see the sign-up sheet in the hall or speak to Mary Paterson. Application forms for any children attending are available from each school office or from Mairi MacAulay. Information and application forms can be  downloaded from the website  HERE.

Creche:  All those involved in the new creche rota should meet in the church after this morning’s service.

Tain Ladies Bible Study: If anyone would like to attend the Tain Ladies Bible Study Dinner organised annually by Netty Sinclair  please speak to Mairi as soon as possible. Names and menu requests need to be submitted before the 15th of June.

Seaboard Cares: There is a drop in at the Seaboard Hall tomorrow at 2pm with the Hilton School Band providing entertainment. 

Hilton Communion:  The communion weekend is on 23rd and 24th June.   The guest preacher is Rev. Iain Thompson of East Kilbride.   If anyone connected with the congregation wished to profess their faith and take communion for the first time they should speak to one of the ministers or elders.

Bible Study Group: The next Bible Study is scheduled for Tuesday 19th June at 7.30 pm at the home of James and Murdina Skinner. The topic is Faithfulness and the passage for study is 2 Chronicles 20: 1-30. This will be the last Bible Study before the summer break.

New Church Fundraising Notices

2019 Calendar: The photos for the 2019 Fundraising Calendar have been chosen and the calendars will be printed shortly to catch the summer tourist season.  Thanks to all those who contributed photographs and please continue to do so, as planning begins for a 2020 calendar.

Gift Aid Forms:  If you donate money to the church and you are a tax-payer – the congregation can gain additional income at no cost to you.  Therefore we would urge you to fill in this Gift Aid Form unless you have already done so.   Last year we received almost £20,000 back from the government in Gift Aid.

Easy Fundraising:  We now have an easyfundraising account.   If you shop online, the church can gain a donation for every purchase you make from numerous retailers, at no cost to you.   You can sign up at the following site easyfundraising.org.uk    then follow the simple instructions to join. This service is free every time for both yourself and the church.


Church Finances:  The Deacons Court would like to encourage those who contribute to the church to consider doing so by Standing Order.
