Craft Group: Craft Group meet in the Hall from 2 to 4.30 pm. All welcome.
Road to Recovery: Road to Recovery will meet in hall at 7.30pm
Tain Lunch Club: Meets from 12pm-2pm. Team 5 is on duty.
Prayer Meeting and Bible Study: The mid-week meeting is on Thursday this week. See note below re National Day of Prayer.

New Church Fund: There will be a retiring collection after both services next Sunday for the New Church Fund.
The Record: Payment for the Free Church magazine, The Record can be made anytime between now and the end of the year. The cost is £18 if you have been getting it all year. If anybody would like to order for next year, please speak to Kathleen MacInnes. There are a couple of spare copies from the last few months that you could take to have a look at, if you are interested.
National Day of Prayer: This Thursday has been set aside as a National Day of Prayer by the Free Church. Instead of the usual mid-week meeting on Wednesday, we will have a morning and evening prayer time on Thursday. The morning meeting will be from 8-9 am and the evening meeting starting at 7:30 pm. There is a booklet of suggested prayer topics inside your bulletin. Please use this throughout the week and you can bring it along with you on Thursday.
WFM: All ladies are warmly invited to come along to the Women for Mission meeting on Tuesday, December 5th at 2:30 pm in the Tain Free Church Hall. The speaker will be Colin Macpherson from The Emmaus Road Trust, who will speak about that work. Tea and coffee will be served, and there will be a sales table.
Road to Recovery Christmas Dinner: The Road to Recovery Christmas dinner will take place on Tuesday 5th December at 6:30pm in our hall. If anyone is able to help with serving and tidying-up on the night, please let Mandy Nutt know on – 01862 328006 or 07708 583 962.
Bible Study: The next Bible study is on Tuesday 5th December at 7:30pm at James and Murdina Skinner’s, 28 St Vincent Road. The passage for this study is Phil. 3:1-11. Please consider going along, even if you haven’t been to any of the previous studies.
Calendars: There are still some of our own Calendars available which make an ideal gift for others. They can be picked up in the hall. The cost is £5.
Fiona Christie: Fiona who was at one time a member of Tain Free Church expects to finish her work with Latin Link in Colombia next year. It is expected she will return from Colombia around Easter and continue to serve with Latin Link until July. Fiona still has to raise £1500 towards her commitment to the projects she is currently involved in. If you would like to make a contribution towards that, you can place that in an envelope, marked Fiona Christie, in the collection plate.
New Church Fundraising Events
Calendars: 2018 Calendars are now available and can be purchased anytime. They cost £5.00 Thanks to all those who contributed photos and please continue to take photos which may be used in future years.
Easy Fundraising: We now have an easyfundraising account. If you shop online, the church can gain a donation for every purchase you make from numerous retailers, at no cost to you. You can sign up at the following site easyfundraising.org.uk then follow the simple instructions to join. This service is free every time for both yourself and the church.
Gift Aid Forms: If you donate money to the church and you are a tax-payer – the congregation can gain additional income at no cost to you. Therefore we would urge you to fill in this Gift Aid Form unless you have already done so. Last year we received almost £20,000 back from the government in Gift Aid.
