WFM / Craft Group meet in the Hall from 2 to 4.30 pm. All welcome.

Tain lunch Club . Tain Lunch Club meets this week from 12pm-2pm. Team 1 is on duty.
Prayer Meeting & Bible Study This week’s meeting will be in the APC at 7:30 pm where there will be a guest speaker from the charity Release International – an organisation that seeks to help persecuted Christians around the world. Release International also wants to help churches understand the persecution that takes place so as to be able to respond to it, prayerfully, pastorally and practically. There will be a collection for the work.

Property Upkeep Fund: There will be an opportunity to contribute to the Property Upkeep Fund at the close of both services next Sunday.
New Church Fundraising Events
Auction Deadline: The forms with your suggestions for contributions to the auction were due to have been returned last week. Please fill them in and return them as soon as possible with any suggestions that you have. This will allow the Fundraising Committee to begin approaching any businesses and individuals that no-one else has suggested. There are additional forms at the door if you have mislaid the one you got.
2018 Calendars: Scenic photos for the 2018 calendar should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Easy Fundraising: We now have an easyfundraising account. If you shop online, the church can gain a donation for every purchase you make from numerous retailers, at no cost to you. You can sign up at the following site easyfundraising.org.uk then follow the simple instructions to join. This service is free every time for both yourself and the church.
Soup Lunch Fundraiser: Thanks to everyone involved in preparing and/or supporting the Soup Lunch at Hilton – over £600.00 was raised!
The Record: There will be no March issue of The Record. Rev. David Robertson will become editor temporarily.
Congregational Meeting: The recent congregational meeting unanimously approved the proposal to apply to the General Assembly for permission to call an assistant minister. This will require the approval of Presbytery at its meeting on Tuesday and should then go to the General Assembly in May.
Smithton Meeting: There will be two speakers from Ravi Zacharias International Ministries at Smithton Free Church in Inverness this Wednesday at 7:30pm. Sam Allberry will speak on “A Biblical Perspective of Transgender Issues” and Logan Gates will speak on “Why Trust the Bible”. The meeting is open to all.
Rosskeen F.C. Ladies Meeting: The next meeting is on Monday 6th March when Emma MacKenzie from Hilton will speak on the subject of “Fed by Ravens – Lessons learnt on a journey with Multiple Sclerosis”.
Women For Mission: Our next WFM meeting is on Tuesday 7 March at 2.30 pm in the Hall at Tain. Cathy and Christina – Bear Essentials for Bulgaria will update us on their visits to these needy children. All women are welcome.
