Tuesday Road to Recovery meets in hall at 7.30pm
Wednesday Tain lunch Club meet from 12 noon till 2.00pm. Team 1 on duty.
Prayer Meeting & Bible Study This week’s meeting for Prayer and Bible Study will be in the APC at 7:30pm.
Rev. A. MacAulay will speak on Paul’s Prayer in Phil. 1:9-11.
Thursday – Casan Beaga. The Parent and Toddler group meet this week.

Property Upkeep Fund: There will be an opportunity to contribute to the Property Upkeep Fund at the close of both services next Sunday
Fundraising Calendar: The church calendar which includes scenic views from around the highlands is available now. There are copies in the hall. The price is £5. Put your payment in an envelope in the collection plate with your name and “Calendars” written on it. Cheques should be made payable to Tain and Fearn F.C. New Church Fund.
Jewellery Collection: The New Church Fundraising Committee is organising a collection of unwanted jewellery, gold, silver or platinum, as well as disused silver cutlery and any watches or clocks. Broken or damaged items can be contributed also. There will be a box at the door and another near the hall door to receive items. It is best to put smaller items inside an envelope.
Mobile Phone Collection: Old mobile phones are also being collected as they can be sold to raise funds. There is a box at both doors for any old mobiles you may have lying about. Please erase any data and removes the sim card. Do not include phone chargers.
Indoor Sale: There will be an indoor “Car Boot Sale” as a fundraiser for the New Church on Saturday 5th November from 10am to 12 noon, in the church hall. Donations are welcome. e.g. baking, books, hand made goods, bric‑à‑brac, new and good-as-new items. For more information, see Catherine Walker or Morag Matheson.
MacMillan Coffee Morning: There will be a Coffee Morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support in the church hall on Friday 4th November – The time will be confirmed in due course.
Blythswood Shoebox Appeal: Leaflets are available at the door. Completed boxes can be delivered to the Church or to the Blythswood Shop by Friday 4th November.
Jobs: Blythswood is looking for a shop manager for Evanton
Christian Focus is looking for an Administrator. See the minister for more details.
Fearn Communion: The communion takes places on the weekend of 12th and 13th November. The visiting preacher is Rev. John MacLean, formerly of Kilmuir, Skye. If anyone connected with the congregation wishes to profess their faith and take communion for the first time, they should speak to the minister or one of the elders before then.
