Innis Mhor: There will be a service in Innis Mhor nursing home today at 3pm.
Evening Prayer Group: This meets at 5.35 pm in the Hall.
Prayer Notes: The Missionary Prayer Notes for September are available at the door.

Prayer Meeting & Bible Study meets in the Hall at 7:30 pm as usual.
The Women’s Bible Study will not resume until after the October Holidays.
Thursday Casan Beaga: (Parent and Toddlers) meets in the Hall at 10am

Property Upkeep Fund: There will be a collection for the Property Upkeep Fund at the close of both services next Sunday.
New Church Fund – The August Collection for the New Church Fund raised £2290. In addition to that, donations totalling £975.50 were received during the month of July. Last weekend’s fundraiser at the Seaboard Gala raised over £500. Thanks to everyone who donated items and who helped out in any way.
New Church Fund Account: We now have a dedicated bank account for the New Church Fund which people can contribute to at any time. If anyone would prefer to give by Direct Debit or Standing Order you can arrange that with your bank.

Fundraising Calendar: The fund-raising team plan to produce a calendar, which will include a variety of scenic views from this area. If you have a good photo that you would be willing to contribute, please speak to Rona Grigg or email it to her on email@example.com
HTC Lecture: Highland Theological College has organised a public lecture by Professor Donald Meek on the subject of – ‘The 1810-15 Journals of the Itinerant Highland Preacher Dugald Sinclair’. This will be on Monday 29th August at 7.30 pm in Dingwall Free Church and admission is free.
Rosskeen Induction: The induction of Rev. Calum MacMillan as minister of Rosskeen Free Church takes place on Friday 9th September at 7:30pm in Rosskeen Free Church. The service will be taken by Rev. Roddy Macrae, Helmsdale.
Church Pew – If anybody wants the church pew that is currently in the hall in Tain, it is available for a small donation to the New Church Fund.
Tain Communion: The Communion weekend will be on 24th and 25th September. The visiting preacher that weekend will be Rev. David Meredith who is Missions Director for the Free Church. The Lord’s Supper will be celebrated at the Sunday evening service.
Anyone connected with the congregation who wishes to profess their faith for the first time and sit at the Lord’s Table should speak to the minister or one of the elders before then.
Sutherland Convention: The Sutherland Christian Convention takes place as usual in Dornoch Academy from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th September.at 7.30 pm on Friday/Saturday and at 8.15 pm on the Sunday. The speaker-this year is Rev Professor Donald MacLeod on the subject of The Holy Spirit and His Work. A poster is on display in the Hall.
Highland Foodbank: During the month of September we will have the Harvest Appeal collection. Boxes will be available at each door for donations of the following items–Oatcakes/ Crackers, Long Life Fruit Juice, Tinned Ham, Tinned Rice Pudding, Pasta sauces.
